When a tenancy ends in Queensland, the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) holds the bond and the property is generally expected to be returned in the condition recorded on the Entry Condition Report — fair wear and tear excepted. A bond clean (also called an end of lease or vacate clean) is a thorough clean carried out at the end of a tenancy. Will a bond clean guarantee my bond refund?+
No cleaner can guarantee a bond refund, because the final decision sits with the lessor, agent or, in a dispute, QCAT. Do you steam clean the carpets as part of a bond clean?+
Most Queensland tenancy agreements require carpets to be professionally cleaned at the end of a lease. We offer professional carpet steam cleaning as part of, or alongside, our bond cleans so everything is handled in one booking.
How long does a bond clean take?+
It depends on the size and condition of the property. A standard 3-bedroom home usually takes most of a day. We confirm timing in your quote so you can plan your handover.
Do you provide the cleaning products and equipment?+
Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with commercial-grade products, vacuums and steam-cleaning equipment. If you have preferences for low-allergen or eco-friendly products, just let us know.
Do you clean ovens, windows and blinds?+
Yes. Ovens, rangehoods, window tracks, internal windows, blinds, skirtings and inside cupboards are all part of a full bond clean. You can also add these on to a general or deep clean.
